LEADERSHIP PROGRAM Our leadership program is designed for students aged 12 years and over. It is a theory and practical program developed by our very own Dance Centre principal Jessica Modica Crichton. Sharing her accumulative knowledge from various qualifications including Dance, Fitness, Yoga, Meditation and Counselling. Jessica also has over 25 years teaching experience. Our leadership students will discover and experience how dance classes are implemented, structured and delivered.

Leadership students will learn the importance of inspiring our younger dancers and learn how to be a positive role model, so they can assist dance teachers and be part of the incredible Dance Centre team.

Leadership students will be taught the appropriate skills and methods to run a safe dance class including how to warm up, stretch, class plan, choreograph and prepare students for a performance.

The Leadership Program is a wonderful way for participating students to have exposure in to the many roles a dance teacher plays. It is hoped upon completing the Leadership Program, students would have developed the skills and knowledge in the following areas: communication, decision making, confidence, commitment and passion.
